Kim was always full of life laughing joking and always having fun I remember him throwing me into the lake and saying sink or swim I learned to swim that summer because he kept throwing me in . He was the fun brother-in-law because he was like a big kid when we were growing up. I was saddened to hear of Kim's passing. He was a good friend for many years and will be greatly missed. I will always remember riding in that International Scout on those cold mornings, going duck hunting. My deepest condolences to the Tobias family.

Kim is my first cousin his mom and my mom were sisters we grew up together he was like a brother to me growing up he will be missed praying for his kids and grandkids may God comfort them during this sad time
