Richard P. McNeely's Obituary
Mr. Richard Pope McNeely, age 81, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe, NC.

Richard was born February 5, 1937, in Statesville, NC a son of the late John and Eula Mae McNeely. Richard was a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, and practiced law for over 50 years. Richard was also a member of the United States Army Reserves for six years.
Mr. McNeely is survived by his faithful and caring wife of 48 years, Millie T. McNeely, who provided quality and compassionate home nursing care for eight years during Richard's declining health.
