Richard Thomas Gallozzi's Obituary
Mr. Richard Thomas Gallozzi, age 75, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Monday, December 23, 2013, at the McWhorter Hospice House of Union County.
Services to celebrate the life of Richard Gallozzi will be conducted at 4:00 PM Friday, December 27, 2013, at Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
The family will receive friends prior to the memorial ceremony from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Davis.
Mr. Gallozzi was born on May 22, 1938, in Manhattan, New York, a son of the late Ferdinand Gallozzi and Clara Strianese Gallozzi.
He was a retired plant manager with an electronic manufacturer.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lowery Gallozzi of Monroe; two sons, Michael Gallozzi and wife Grace, of Monroe and Richard Gallozzi and wife Amy of Mineral Springs; a daughter, Theresa Torres and husband Michael, of Monroe; a brother, Robert Gallozzi and wife Sally, of Naples, FL.
There are four grandchildren, Anna Maria Gallozzi, Nikki Torres, Elexa Torres, and Samantha Torres, all of Monroe.
