Rev. Ray Moon, 80, of Albemarle, NC passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. His funeral will be 11 AM Saturday, February 20, in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Otis Goins, Rev. Lonnie Poole Read Obituary
Ray was a wonderful man. I had the privilege to work with him at Burlington Industries some 40 years ago. He is one of the persons that lead me to Christ!! A truly dedicated man of God that let His light shine!! He will surely be missed.
So sorry for the loss of Preacher Moon. He was such a great loving man. He surely will be missed. Chris and Terri you guys are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you guys.

So sorry to hear of preacher Mooon leaving this earth,not we all know he is rejoicing inn heaven with our Heavenly Father He was loved and respected by so msany of us. And will be missed My deepest sway paths to all of you. Prayers for strength needed.
Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Carolyn and all the Moon family. We are appreciative of the times we were aloud to spend with Pastor Moon, he did convince us to visit his Church, one of the best decisions he ever made for us, he loved Jesus and all those who followed him. We also enjoyed all the coffee breaks at McD's over the years. R.I.P. Sir, you will be missed by many.

This fact is so very helpful in dealing with the pain and hurt. William and I will be out of town at a national church mission conference this week so we will not be able to be there. Please know that all the wonderful memories of me staying with you guys when I was young is there and are cherished memories forever. I will miss his laugh and his jokes so very much! Love you all!!

Dear Carolyn, Chris, Bobby and families:
I rejoice with brother Ray in his being at home with our Lord Jesus, but my heart hurts with your sorrow.
It is my prayer that the Lord our God will bless and comfort you through His glorious Word and
Holy Spirit by Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus said, "My peace I leave with you!"
