Pauline R. Turner, 87, of Albemarle passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Bethany Woods Nursing Center.? Her funeral service will be graveside on 3 PM Tuesday in Fairview Memorial Park with Rev. Keith Walters officiating.? There will be no formal visitation.
Born July 25, 1928 in Stanly County, NC she was the daughter of the late Ken Mack Ridenhour and Magaline Phipps Ridenhour.? She was a retired employee of American and Efird Mill Co. and a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church .
She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde L. Turner.? Additionally she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters.? She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.? Mrs. Turner was raised with her nephew, Mack Ridenhour, and he and his wife Mary Ellen cared for Mrs. Turner until his death when Mary Ellen became her sole caretaker.
