Patsy Estridge Little's Obituary
Patsy June Estridge Little, 87, of Locust, NC, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Freedom Baptist Church, Coley Store Road, Locust, NC 28097.
She was born July 29, 1936 in Mecklenburg County, NC, to the late John Wesley Estridge and Mabel Ruth Phillips Estridge. Patsy formerly worked at Southern Bell, AAA, the Carolina Motor Club in Charlotte and the Stanly County School System. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Locust. Patsy loved NASCAR racing and local racing at Concord Motor Speedway.
Mrs. Little is survived by her husband, Louis Franklin “Buck” Little of the home. She is also survived by a daughter, Michelle Little Troutman of Locust, NC; son-in-law, Thomas Lee “Tommy” Troutman of Oakboro, NC; a sister, Carolyn E. Efird (James); two granddaughters, Taylor Marie Troutman (Steffan) of Locust, NC and Bailey Cheyan Troutman of Oakboro, NC.
