Patsy Duncan Hunter's Obituary
Patsy Sue Duncan Hunter, 87 of Locust, ,passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 in the Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Her memorial service will be 11 am Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Loves Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim White officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
Mrs. Hunter was born September 20, 1934 in Wichita Falls, TX to the late, AG Duncan and Ethel Carrow Duncan. She was a retired switch board operator with Bethania Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX. Patsy was a member of Loves Grove United Methodist Church, where she was very active. She and her husband loved to travel.
Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hunter and brother, Mike Duncan. She is survived by two sons, Danny Hunter (Cindy) of New London, NC and Marty Hunter (Debbie) San Antonio, TX; step daughter, Terri McClung of Arlington, TX; ten grandchildren, Justin Hunter (Heidi) of Richfield, Sara Hunter of San Antonio, TX, Eric Wright (Cyndi) of Louisville, KY, Stanly Wright of Greenville, MS, Michelle Campell of San Antonio, TX, Sonia Olivares (Chris) of San Antonia, TX, Keri Hall (James) of San Antonio TX, Misty Sinegal (Anthony) of San Antonia, TX, Hayley Boone (Anthony) Weatherford, TX and Paige Wicker (Brent) of Fort Worth, TX; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
