Patricia Lane Land's Obituary
Patricia Lane Land, 73, of Mount Gilead, NC passed away on
Thursday, February 13, 2020 at her home surrounded by family. Funeral service
will be held at 3PM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 in the Stanly Funeral and
Cremation Care Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Pastor Ron Loflin. Visitation
will be held from 2-3PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Land was born August 17, 1946 in Memphis, TN to the
late Charlotte Louise Ray Crook and Donald Loy Crook. Patricia loved traveling
and spending time with her grandkids. She was a loving mother and enjoyed
cooking for family and friends.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 53 years Michael Land; children Deborah Richter (Brian), Kenneth Land (Kerstin), Robert Land (Amanda McDowell); grandchildren: Justin Richter, Ashley Richter, Brandon Richter, Morgan Land, Austen Land, Bailey Land, Emory Land, Miriam Land, Rebekah Land, Michael Land, Peyton Land, Emily Land, and Jonathon Land; brothers Gordon Crook and Allen Crook; sister Mary England; sisters-in-law Beverly Crook and Laura Land; and brother-in-law Gary Land. She is preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Crook and sisters Donna Crook and Betty Crook.
