Patricia Russell Hatley, 69, of Albemarle passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 in the Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis.? Her funeral service will be 11 AM Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Smith officiating.? Burial will follow in Stanly Gardens of Memory.? The family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care from 6-8 PM, Tuesday evening.
Born December 3, 1946 in Stanly County, she was the daughter of the late Fred A. Russell and Glenn Merritt Russell.? Mrs. Hatley received her Associates degree from Stanly Community College and was a secretary for Coca Cola.? She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and loved her family as well as her dog Molly.
She is survived by her husband Wade Hatley of the home.? Other survivors include a son, David Honeycutt (Nina); a sister, Linda Gayle Russell of Albemarle and one granddaughter, Hailey Honeycutt.
