Patricia Lowder Furr's Obituary
Patricia
Lowder Furr, 78, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday February 2, 2019 at the Tucker
Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Her funeral service will be 2 Pm Tuesday February
5, 2019 in Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Delane Burris and Rev. Jeremy Holt
officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park. The family will
receive friends from 11 Am until 1 Pm at Grace Baptist Church prior to the hour
of the service.
Patricia was
born October 21, 1940 in Stanly County, NC and was the daughter of the late
George Alexander Lowder and Linnie Mabel Harris Lowder. She was a retired
employee of the City of Albemarle. Mrs. Furr was a member of Grace Baptist
Church. She loved her family, friends and animals, along with all things God
has created.
Patricia is
survived by her husband Kenneth K. (Kermit) Furr of the home. Other survivors
include a son Sherrill Furr (Cindy) of Albemarle, NC; sister Betty Bowers of
Albemarle, NC and three grandchildren Brooke Furr, Madison Furr and Carson
Furr. Mrs. Furr is also preceded in death by a son Kenneth A. Furr on January
23, 2019.
