Pamela Helms' Obituary
Mrs. Pamela Harrell Helms, age 49, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe, North Carolina.
Funeral Services to Celebrate the Life of Pamela Harrell Helms will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street.
Interment will follow in the Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Helms was born on November 9, 1964, a daughter of Carol McManus Ivey of Polkton and the late Kenneth Earl Harrell.
She was a retired office administrator with Enterprise Fitness Center.
Survivors include her husband, Nicky James Helms of Monroe; two sons, Johnny Ray Deese, Jr. of Monroe, and Bennett Dean Helms of Monroe; a daughter, Samantha Lynn Helms of Monroe; her mother, Carol McManus Ivey of Polkton; three sisters, Gina Long of Pineville, Angela Harrell of Unionville and Nicole Helms of Monroe; her sister -in -law and care giver, Libby Helms Patterson of Monroe and another sister-in-law Deana Helms Bennett of Monroe.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday Night, March 28, 2014, at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe.
In her honor, the family encourages all to wear pink clothing and attire to show the PINK for PAM tributes continue in her memory.
Members of the Keziah-Jones Foundation Board of Directors will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Memorials may be made to Smyrna United Methodist Church, for the Bennett and Samantha Helms Fund, in care of Debbie Eudy, 1712 Macedonia Church Road, Monroe, NC 28112.
