Pamela Farmer Carter's Obituary
Pamela Lynn Farmer Carter, 46, of Albemarle, NC passed away Sunday October 1, 2017 in her home. Her funeral service will be Wednesday October 4, 2017 at 11 AM Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Munson officiating. Burial will follow in the New London Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9 AM until 10:30 AM at the church.
Pamela was born November 22, 1970 in Jacksonville, FL. and was the daughter of Roger Lee Farmer and wife Frances of Albemarle, NC and the late Lorraine Bullis Farmer who preceded her in daughter in 1992. She worked as a home care worker with TLC and was a EMT with Bethany Volunteer Fire Department. Mrs. Carter was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She also worked with the Boy Scouts serving in troops at Main Street UMC and Salem UMC.
Pamela was married to Steven Todd Carter of the home. Other survivors include son Timothy Wade Carter (Kayce) of Richfield, NC, daughter Kandace Brook Carter of the home, step son Justin Todd Carter (Kellie) of New London, NC, brother Roger Farmer, Jr. of Albemarle, NC, sister Donna Gail Cribb of Albemarle, NC, two grandchildren Wesley Blake Carter and Emmerlyn Jade Carter.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 35235 Pickler Road, Albemarle, NC 28001.
