Nora McManus Dick's Obituary
Nora McManus Dick, 76, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in Stanly Manor. Her funeral service will be 2 PM Friday November 13, 2015 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Stanly Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 Pm prior to the service.
Mrs. Dick was born December 31, 1938 in Mecklenburg County, N.C. and was the daughter of late Randolph Wallace Carter and Edna Drye Ritchie. She was a retired employee of Wiscassett Hosiery Mill and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Barry Malcolm Dick of Albemarle, N.C., three daughters Deborah Shugoll of Charlotte, N.C., Lynne Mauldin of Albemarle, N.C. and Pamela McManus Woodle of T.N., a stepdaughter Misty Vaughn of Locust, N.C., seven grandchildren Tabatha Cox, Mellisa Maudlin, Cody Woodle, Bradley Shugoll, Matthew Vaughn, Jason Shugoll and Jessie Woodle and three great-grandchildren.
