Nina Worsham Hartsell Chandler, 91, of Albemarle passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 in Bethany Woods Nursing Center. Her funeral will be 11 AM Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Bethel United Methodist Church with Pastor Kevin McCormac of Read Obituary
Ms Nina was a long time member of VFW Post 2908 Auxiliary in Albemarle. While she hadn't attended a meeting in many years, we wanted to you to know that we have made a $75 donation in her memory to the VFW National Home for Children which provides valuable resources to children and families of military members affected by foreign war. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
Thank you for the condolences and the gift in her memory. She often gave to charities, especially those serving children and mothers.

I am sorry to hear of Ms. Nina's passing. She was a lifetime member of VFW Post 2908 Auxiliary in Albemarle. In her memory, the auxiliary is making a donation to the VFW National Home for Children which provides much needed support to veteran families in need. We hope that the spirit of our donation is one that Ms. Nina would approve of.
Was sorry to hear of Miss Ninas' passing. She was a sweet woman. I cant't come to the funeral today because of work. I am praying for the family, God bless you all. Thank you for all you did to help her, she appreicated it
