Nina Marie Belk's Obituary
Nina Marie
Belk, 76, of Locust, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019. A graveside
service will be held Sunday, December 8th at 2 PM at the Benton?s
Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Monroe, with her grandson, Jason Kivett,
officiating.
Nina was
born February 5, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Eugene Belk and Eva Lee
Pressley Belk. She was the former owner of the Georgeville Mall Caf?. Nina enjoyed
watching the 700 Club and loved antiques, hummingbirds, roses, reading the
bible and supporting President Trump.
Nina was preceded
in death by her husband, Edward Hawks. She is survived by her son, Steven
Kivett and wife, Sandra; daughter, Susan Kivett; brother, Bobby Belk; sisters,
Nancy Soderlund, Carolyn Oxendine, Cathy Gillenwater; stepmother, Zelda Green; 6
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
