Ms. Nancy Louise Harrell Bailey, age 70, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System - Union.
Services will be private.
Ms. Bailey was born on September 29, 1946, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late James Thomas Harrell and Minnie Louise Strawn Harrell. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Carlton Bailey, a brother, Kenneth Harrell and a sister, Margaret Harrell.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Michelle Dyer of Bluffton, South Carolina; two brothers, Layne Harrell of Monroe and Bruce Harrell of Lancaster, South Carolina; and a sister, Carolyn Strawn of Monroe.
