Michael Harrison Overstreet, age 22, passed away on February 1, 2026. He was taken far too soon, but the light he brought into the lives of others will never be forgotten.
Known as Harrison by those closest to him and Mike by his friends, Harrison was a vibrant, beautiful soul—an extrovert in the truest sense. He loved people deeply and had a rare gift for making others laugh, often when they needed it most. He believed deeply that anything was possible—for himself and for the people he loved—and that belief shaped the way he showed up for others. Harrison loved music from a very young age and found joy in creating it, using music as another way to express himself and connect with the world around him. His presence filled a room, and his kindness, humor, and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Harrison was deeply loved by his immediate and extended family and friends. Throughout his life, he was surrounded by those who supported, believed in, and cared for him as their own.
Harrison’s life, though far too short, was meaningful and rich in connection. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, his generous heart, and his constant desire to bring joy and laughter to those around him.
A celebration of Harrison’s life will be held at a later date. In honoring his memory, may we carry forward his warmth, his love for people, and the way he made the world feel lighter simply by being himself.
