Michael Anthony Olivares' Obituary
Michael Anthony Olivares, 60, of New London passed away
Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. A memorial service to honor his life will be
held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 in the Stanly Funeral and
Cremation Care Chapel in Albemarle.
Born April 27, 1959 in Aurora, CO, he was the son of
Rosalinda Rendez Olivares of San Antonia, TX and the late Juan Olivares. He worked in Non Destructive Testing in the
Nuclear Industry working with Siemens Corporation.
Mr. Olivares is survived by his wife Judy Medlin Olivares of
the home, daughter Ashley Obenauer (Michael) of St. Onge, SD, stepson Rob
Medlin (Mary) of Gastonia, stepdaughters Kim Lambert (John) of New London and
Kelly O?Connor (Kevin) of Locust, as well as sisters Patricia Gutierrez (David)
of San Antonio, Lisa Todd (Steve) of San Antonio, and Monica Hirvela (John
David) of Conroe, TX, a grandchild Wade Obenauer and step grandchildren Bella
Lambert, Sadie and Lucy O?Connor and Katie and Lily Medlin.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is assisting
the Olivares Family.
