Michael Wayne Eudy's Obituary
Michael Wayne Eudy, 45, of Albemarle, passed away at his home on Friday, August 29, 2025.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle, officiated by Rev. David Sanders.
Michael was born on February 18, 1980, to the late Gary Eudy and Annie Eudy, who survives him. He was a loving son, devoted father, and loyal friend who touched the lives of many with his easygoing spirit, sense of humor, and deep love for his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife and life partner, Crystal Dennis, and his children: Mason Eudy, Marshall Eudy, Michael, Dakota, Matthew, and Angel.
He also leaves behind his brothers: Johnny Owens (Shakria), Dwayne Owens, Junior Owens, and Stanley Sullivan (Vickie); aunts: Margaret Owens, Marlene Hartsell (David), Frances “Claudine” Owens, and Sheila Whitley (Garry); uncles: Garry Owens and Johnny Eudy (Leesa); nephews: Johnny Jr. “Boo”, Johnnathan, Christopher, and Justice; and great niece: Sylene MaryAnn Owens.
Michael shared a close bond with many extended family members and friends, including special cousins Terry, Martha, and Mary, all of whom held a cherished place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Annie Owens; uncles Odell Owens and Jesse Owens; and aunts Millie Owens and Pearlene Owens.
Michael had a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, he loved fishing, playing pool, and especially spending time with his family. The beach was his happy place, where he found peace and joy. A lifelong dog lover, his gentle nature extended to every furry friend who crossed his path.
More than anything, Michael will be remembered for his warmth, love, and the special way he made those around him feel seen and valued. He was a loving son, a proud father, and so much more.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care, who is serving the Eudy family.
