Mayzie Lucille Burgess, 3 months of age, passed away Friday December 11, 2015 at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mayzie was born September 7, 2015 in Concord, NC. She is the daughter of Jeremy Todd Burgess and Kelsey Marie Gress-Byrd.
