Mary Ruth Swaringen Kimrey, 88, of Albemarle, NC died peacefully Saturday April 4th, 2020 at Trinity Place in Albemarle. A celebration of life will be held at Porter Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Kimrey was born S Read Obituary

I am so very sorry to hear this sad news. Many prayers and thoughts are with you all. Ruth was a very special lady, always sweet and kind to everyone she met. She set the standard for how people should be and treat one another. I will pray for God to heal your hearts during this time of loss.

To the family this lady was a sweet was a sweet person because every time I would go in the nursing home to visit mom she would always smile and I'd mess with her say hey Miss Ruth how you doing and she was just smile and try to talk just a little to me and I miss seeing her since I haven't been to the nursing home since all this sickness has been going on but to the family she was a sweet lady going to miss talking to her
