Lynn & Family, We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Mary, and thankful that we had a chance to chat with you at Church a couple of weeks ago. We could not make it to the funeral, but please know that we were blessed to know such a kind and beautiful lady. Such a special lady, always there when you needed a friend , I worked with Mrs. Mary in the cafeteria at Union Elementary and she was such a joy to know and have as a friend. She will always be remembered and loved for her kindness to all. My sadness and love goes out to her family.

I worked at Union Elementary for 20 some years and Mrs. Guion was the cafeteria manager the whole time. She treated her teachers special, making her terrific pimento cheese just for us. She made the best peach cobbler, too. She always treated me with respect. She was a dear lady and will be missed.
