Margot Nelle Cranford Austin, 96, of New London passed away August 1, 2020 in her home. Her funeral will be graveside at 1 PM on Wednesday, August 5 at Fairview Memorial Park with a eulogy delivered by her son-in law, Terry Huneyc Read Obituary
I didn't have the pleasure of knowing my great aunt very well unfortunately except the few times I met her. She seemed a remarkable lady who would be very much missed. It seems the women of that side of the family live long lives I hope to aspire to live so long and healthy.
I worked with margot at wareknitters back in the 60s. I was always asking her to say something in german. I never realized she was still living. Wow.. she had a long life. Sorry for your lose.
