Margarette Wright Duschel's Obituary
Mrs. Margarette Wright Duschel, age 91, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at CMC-Union.
Funeral services to celebrate her life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Davis Funeral Chapel, officiated by the Reverend Frank Crump. Entombment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Mrs. Duschel was born on September 19, 1923, in Gaston County, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Nathan Black and Bertha Wright Black. She was in retail sales World Bazaar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee Wright; her second husband, Carlos Duschel; a son, Terry Wright; four sisters; three brothers and her great great granddaughter.
Survivors include her two sons, Robert Wright (Carolyn) of Monroe, and Lex H. Wright of Hollywood, Calif.; one sister, Johnny Stacy of Stokesdale, N.C.; three granddaughters, Annette Helms (Jackie) of Monroe,., Terry Furr (Tim) of Midland, and Sherry Gamble of Marshville; and grandsons, Robby Wright (Reannon) of Monroe, Danny Wright and Christopher Wright, both of Kannapolis. Additional survivors include nine great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
The family will be receive friends Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Davis Funeral Home Chapel.
