Margaret Lewis Stevens' Obituary
Maggie has passed away at age 61 at her home near Charlotte, N.C. After witnessing the heartbreak of dementia in her grandparents, she embarked on a long career in Geriatrics, and was a graduate of the University of Akron. She is survived by her caring and loving husband of 39 years, Richard (Rick) Stevens, her Mother-in-Law Marilyn, siblings Mark Lewis (Mary Anne), Becky Binder, Jim Lewis (Julie), Brother-in-Law Greg Stevens (Monica) and numerous nieces, nephews and close family members.
She was preceded in death by an older sister Sallie Jo, her parents Mark and Joy Lewis and Father-in-Law George Stevens. She was the first female member of her local Rotary Club and will forever be remembered for her compassionate professionalism, her cheerful countenance and her sense of humor.
