Mai Lee Yang's Obituary
Our beloved daughter and sister Mai Lee Yang, age 24, left us on September 14th, 2023. She was born on June 12th, 1999 in Albemarle, NC to her father, Voua Yang and mother, Shia Thor. Mai Lee left behind her sisters, Gaozong Yang, Gaojoua Yang, and Ashlee Yang. She also left behind her brothers, Keng Yang, and Michael Yang. She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Tong Soua Yang and her grandma, Cha Vue.
Mai Lee was a loving daughter and caring sister. She was loved by so many who acknowledge her happiest smile, her contagious laughter and her sweetest personality. Mai Lee, our sweet and bubby sister will be missed dearly by many. Her love for her family and friends is unconditional. She enjoyed going out with her family, traveling, watching horror movies, singing, grabbing boba teas and delicious food. She will forever be in our hearts.
