Vicki, LJ, Jason,April and family,
Kim and I are grieved for you all in your loss of Lowell. Like a brother he always accepted me in my sin or whatever condition he met me in. He always encouraged me and reminded me that Jesus had it all for us. He was so kind to everyone and impacted many lives with his witness. His Jesus came first then his family and us. We are all blessed to have known LowellBrown. May God cradle you all in His loving arms in your grief and in the days to come. We love you. Kim and Bruce Williams

Preacher Brown always stood up for his Faith and he was there for us so many times in our lives but in saying this I also must mention his wife Vickie because she sacrificed her wants and needs so that Preacher Brown could carry on for everyone else that needed him.
Both of you together was the ministry and your legacy has been passed down to your children and I am proud to say He was my Brother in Christ and a Dear Friend and Vickie was also a close friend I could talk to about anything. I had the honor to clean their house a few times and I was Blessed to see their Faith In Our LORD Everytime even in their trials good and bad times they never waivered in their beliefs but I also saw others that hurt their feelings along the way but I can say without a doubt they prayed for those people even more.I also had the privilege to be Vickie's assistant in the youth group.
They were given GOD'S STRENGTH to deal with daily problems the same as any Christian family.
I don't think I could have gone through some tough times of my own but they were always there for me.
Now Their Legacy Has Been Passed On To Their Children and April and our Daughter grew up together and I am so proud of you April. You have been a Mama to so many children that needed you more than have your own children by birth and I think that was GOD'S purpose for you and your husband's life.
To the Oldest Son LJ I Remember When You Spoke You Simplified Your Faith Just As If You Were Speaking To Children And Your Love Of The History Of The Times Of The Civil War.

This wasn't true man of God every time I saw and spoke to him he was so sweet and he will listen to anything you had to say. Prayers for the family.
I had the honor of witnessing the ministry of Lowell at Taylor Glen for the 8 years I worked with Baptist Retirement Homes! The love of the Lord spilled over onto every one he met and ministered to! A wonderful servant and friend!
