Louise Love Lowder, 98, of Oakboro, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Big Lick Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Springer Read Obituary

To the precious family of Louise, Louise was the kindest, most humble & beautiful lady. She always had that smile and could always get a good laugh from her. After Chris left me and the kids, I’ve opened my mailbox to many uplifting cards from Louise. She was an angel I believe here on earth. A few times in those cards would be a $20 bill right when I needed gas in my car or needed to buy a few groceries. It was like she could hear my prayers. We will see her again, but know you truly had a special momma! If only we had more Louise’s in this world, what a blessed place it would be.
