Loretta J. Hall's Obituary
Mrs. Loretta J. Hall, age 68, of Marshville, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at her residence.
Funeral Services to celebrate the Life of Loretta J. Hall will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, April 19, 2013, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street.
Mrs. Hall was born on June 23, 1944, in Portsmouth, Virginia, a daughter of the late Hinton Lee Joyner and Faye Gumms Joyner.
She was a food service manager. She was also a member of Marshville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Delano Hall of Marshville; three children, Bridgett Deason and husband Michael of Rockingham, NC, Richard "Dickie" Hall and wife Leslie of Woodbine, GA, and Wanda Sherrod and husband Claude of Wingate; grandchildren, Christine Ricks and husband Marcus of Rockingham, NC, Justin Landon of Lincolnton, NC, Levi Hall of Bruswick, GA, Balaam Sherrod of Wingate, Kayleigh Sherrod of Wingate and Jacob Hall of Woodbine, GA; great grandchild Madison Brigman of Rockingham, NC; brothers, Manuel Lee Joyner and wife June of Roxobel. NC.
Memorials may be made to Marshville United Methodist Church, Scouting Program, 310 Ross Street, Marshville, NC 28103.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Friday, April 19, 2013, prior to the ceremony at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe.
