Ms. Linda Dale Lopez, age 61, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013, at her residence.
A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Linda Lopez will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday (May 11, 2013) at New Faith Baptist Church, 1222 Walkup Ave., Monroe, NC.
Mrs.Lopez was born on February 29, 1952, in Union County,North Carolina, a daughter of the late Lee Jennings Pressley and Lucille Pearson Pressley.
She was a housekeeper and was also a member of Faith Baptist Church in Monroe, NC.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel Lopez of Puerto Rico; children, Bonnie Ornales-Sanchez, Miguel Angel Borges, Jaime Antonio Borges, and Angelina Hernandez-Garcia and husband Cesar Hernandez-Garcia; stepchildren, Margarita Lopez, Daniel Lopez, Jr., and Eva Lopez; her brother, Billy Pressley, sisters Judy Locklear, and Pamela Presley. Linda had 12 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Roger Pressley and Ricky Pressley.
