Linda Wilhoit Crawford's Obituary
Linda Wilhoit Crawford, 80, of Albemarle, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Trinity Place Albemarle.
Born on June 1, 1942, in Albemarle, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Jones and Geraldine Luther Wilhoit. She was a former resident of Kearneysville, WV.
Prior to entering the Healthcare field, she was an award-winning hairstylist. She was a retired IV Therapist Nurse having graduated from the University of South Carolina Spartanburg School of Nursing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert Taylor Crawford, Jr.
She is survived by her son Charles (Elizabeth) Crawford of Glade Park, CO; her sister Marcie (Steve) Laton of Albemarle, NC; stepson Robert Crawford III (Amy) of Morrisville, NC; stepson William Crawford (Doreen) of New Fairfield, CT; grandchildren Shane
Crawford, Shiloh Crawford, Michael (Sam) Crawford, Cameron Crawford, Kelsey Crawford, Amelia (Colton) Kozlowicz; and Miranda Cook; nephews Jonathan Laton and Michael (Emily) Laton; great nephew Jack Laton; and great nieces Annabelle Laton and Celeste Laton.
There will not be a formal service at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Trinity Place Albemarle and the staff of Hospice of Stanly and the Uwharrie for their loving compassionate care.
