So sorry to hear this. I have fond memories of Ducky. Praying for the family.
Patsy I am so sorry to see the post about your daddy. Will keep you in my prayers and if you want to talk, call me anytime. I love you my friend.

Growing up some of my greatest memories are with “Ducky†. Riding ATV’s in the Sandhills to go to the ice cream store, deer hunting in the swamp, fishing in the outer banks or eating watermelon with biscuits. I knew once I grew older I might be distanced from this but Uncle Ducky will always have a special place in my heart. I look forward to the day when we all can be together again and feel no more pain and sorrow. Most of you know I am currently in Brazil and unable to travel due to the virus. I love all of you and my thoughts and prayers are with you. We all might be many miles apart but when I look up at the sky at night I know you love me to. Please accept my sincere condolences in this time of grieving. Love always, Chad E James
Ducky was such a wonderful person! I will never forget all the great memories from when we use to go 4 wheeler ridding in SC. There was one trip that really stood out the most. There was always about 5 or six of us that would go ridding and Ducky would always lead the pack. Well on this Particular day we were all traveling down this long dusty dirt road enjoying the beautiful weather when all of a sudden ducky who like I said was leading the pack slams on brakes. I immediately said to myself why didn’t the world is he doing. All of a sudden I see this 5 foot long rattle snake slithering across the road. I said to myself is he really about to do what I think he’s going to do. Yep you guessed it ducky grab this 5 foot long rattlesnake by the tail and chopped his head off. I will never forget that as long as I live. I will be praying for the family that god will see you through this sad time. Ducky I’ll miss you my friend! Thanks for the memories. Chris Coward
