Kimberly Brownlee's Obituary
Ms. Kimberly Jo Brownlee, age 51, of Monroe, NC, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Sunday, May 2, 2021.
Kimberly was born on November 3, 1959 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of the late Robert W. Brownlee Sr. and Joyce Loraine Haren Brownlee. Kimberly was a creative personality who found self-expression through all types of artistic media including film, modeling, choreography, and music. Her fierce imagination was best expressed through her novel series, Avenwell Bluffs, a transformation of her previously written screenplays. Although talented in numerous endeavors, those successes paled in comparison to her greatest achievement in life, her family. Kimberly was a loving sister, mother and grandmother who loved life and believed in living every moment on this side of eternity out loud. Her family will remember Kimberly's spunky personality of determination and fearlessness, her sense of humor and the family first mentality she instilled in all of them.
Those left to cherish Kimberly's memory include her daughter, Amanda Paremore; her daughter, Mariah Pena; her son, Kobe Macasadia; her nine grandchildren: Alanah, Jaelin, Mina, Arielle, Niyah, Mercedes, Antonio, Rebekkah, and Catalina. Survivors also include her sister Tina Link (Mike); her brother Robert W. Brownlee Jr. (Susan); her brother-in-law Frank Margiotta, and her aunt Cheri Goodwin (Les).
In addition to her parents, Kimberly was preceded in death by her sister, Robin Margiotta.
