Kenneth Morrow's Obituary
Kenneth Morrow, 80, of Mt. Gilead, NC, passed away Wednesday May 9, 2018 in Forrest Oaks Nursing Center. His funeral service will be 4 PM Saturday May 12, 2018 in the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care Chapel with Rev. Ken McRae and Rev. George Bradshaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Stanly County DAV Ritual Team. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until 4 PM prior to the service.
Kenneth was born March 5, 1938 in Montgomery County, NC and was the son of the late Jack Morrow and Addie B. Smith Morrow. He was a former employee of Holiday Tours and was a Veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Morrow attended Zion United Methodist Church of Mt. Gilead.
Mr. Morrow is survived by his wife Peggy Brock Morrow of the home. Other survivors include a daughter Cindy Morrow (Rick)? of Mt. Gilead, NC; a son Scott Morrow (Jennifer) of Norwood, NC; a brother Mickey Morrow (Judy) of Mt. Gilead, NC; four grandchildren Paco, Charity, Courtney and River and four great-grandchildren Fisher, Chyenne, Kenny and Zander. Kenneth was also preceded in death by a daughter Mitzi Kivett, a brother Y.M. Morrow and a sister Millie McLean.
