Kathy Lynn Belk Thomas' Obituary
Kathy Lynn Hobbs Belk Thomas, 61, of Monroe passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022 in Hospice of Union County. Her funeral service will be 2 PM on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Benton's Crossroads Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Baucom officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening at Davis Funeral Service from 5 until 7 PM.
Born November 21, 1960 in Union County, NC, she was the daughter of the Louise "Lucy" Kiker Caudle. She was a member of Benton's Crossroads Baptist Church and worked as a preschool teacher. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and loved Hallmark movies.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Jerry Belk and Randall Thomas. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her son Matthew Thomas of Conway, SC, Tamra Megill (Thomas) of Monroe, Kati Kiker (Stephen) of Indian Trail, sister Amy Crooke (Tony) of Marshville, 3 grandchildren Xzander Kiker, Autumn Megill, and Annalee Kiker, and a number of nieces and nephews.
