Kathleen Almond Eudy's Obituary
Kathleen Almond Eudy, 87, of Albemarle passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Atrium Health Stanly. Her funeral service will be Wednesday at 2 PM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Ron Loflin officiating. Burial will follow in the Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle from 12:30 until 1:45 PM prior to the hour of the service.
Born September 2, 1936 in Stanly County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Adam Almond and Lillian Annie Smith Almond. She formerly worked 32 years with Wiscassett Hosiery Mill and retired from American Lockstitch. She was a member of Anderson Grove Baptist Church and loved to be with her family.
Mrs. Eudy was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Keith Eudy in 2011. She is survived by a son Randy Keith Eudy (Tammy Kay) of Murrells Inlet SC, daughter Mystie Eudy Lowder (Greg) of Albemarle, brother Bobby Almond of Charlotte, 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Paul Adam Almond.
