Katherine McClellan White's Obituary
Katherine “Kat” McClellan White, 60, of Albemarle passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Brookhill Memorial Gardens in Rockwell, NC. The family will receive friends from 11-12:30 on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care, Albemarle, NC.
Katherine was born on October 23, 1964, in Rowan County to the late Jimmy White and Sis Kimbel. She is survived by her husband William White. Those also left to cherish her memory are daughters, Angela Fleming and her husband Robert of Albemarle and Erica White of Salisbury, grandchildren, Joshua Moneymaker, Anna Moneymaker, Kaylee Rhinehardt, Myra Harold, and Chyanne Rayfield, brother Jimmy Locklear and sister, Deloris Carter.
Katherine was preceded in death by her daughter Sara White.
Katherine was a care giver by trade but took care of everyone. She always offered her home to anyone in need. Katherine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She also loved the beach and mountains.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care.
