Karen Lea Niebler's Obituary
Karen Lea Niebler, 74, of Albemarle passed away on August 6, 2024, at Atrium Health Stanly. No formal services are scheduled.
Ms. Niebler was born February 20, 1950, in Ocean County, New Jersey to the late Charles and Wanda Snyder. Ms. Niebler is lovingly survived by her daughter Jillian Niebler (David Hendrix) of Albemarle, son Dan Niebler (Britt Sutherland) of Denver, CO., and granddaughter, Melanie Hendrix.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Nelson.
Ms. Niebler was a life-long teacher in New Jersey where she retired. She relocated to Albemarle to live with her daughter in 2006. She loved her animals, especially her cats. Ms. Niebler loved the ocean, loved watching the Hallmark channel and never missed an opportunity for a good adventure. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family.
