Judy Almond Troutman's Obituary
Mrs. Judy Troutman, 79, formerly of Albemarle, NC, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at The Laurels of Salisbury in Salisbury, NC. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm Friday, October 6, 2023, at Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care in Albemarle. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel in Albemarle, NC, with Pastor Adam Hatley officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Methodist Church.
Mrs. Troutman was born November 6, 1943, in Stanly County, to the late Milas and Blanche Almond. She was predeceased by her husband Dwight Troutman; brothers, Alton and Donald Almond and sister, Linda McSwain. Mrs. Troutman spent her career caring for others as a Registered Nurse. She and her husband were faithful members of West Albemarle Baptist Church until their health declined. She is best known by her family as the most loving and caring Mother and Grandmother. She was also a huge supporter of animal causes.
Mrs. Troutman is survived by her daughters; Lisa Rushing (Ted) of Gastonia, NC, and Candice Troutman of Kannapolis, NC. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Noah and Rachel Barger.
