Judy Medlin Olivares' Obituary
Judy Medlin Olivares, 67, of New London passed away December 2, 2021 in her home with her children at her bedside. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 2 PM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel in Albemarle, NC with Pastor Ron Loflin officiating.
Born January 16, 1954 in Newport News, VA she was the daughter of the late Roy Harward and Mary Hayes Harward. She was a retired nurse, loving mother, and doting grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and crafting and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Anthony Olivares. Survivors include son Robert Ward Medlin II (Maralie) of Franklinton, NC, daughters Kelly O'Connor (Kevin) of Locust and Kimberly Lambert (Duncan) of Albemarle, brothers Gary James Harward and Randy Wayne Harward both of Oklahoma, grandchildren Katie Medlin, Lily Medlin, Lucy O'Connor, Sadie O'Connor, Bella Lambert and Wesley Lambert.
