Joyce Cummings' Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Narzynski Cummings, age 68, of Monroe, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 10:00 AM Friday, June 13, 2014, at Waxhaw United Methodist Church, officiated by Reverend Mark Appleyard.
Mrs. Cummings was born on February 18, 1946, in Suffern, New York, a daughter of the late Alfred Balouse Narzynski and Minnie Mann Narzynski. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Narzynski.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Cummings, Sr. of the home; one son, Arthur Cummings, Jr.. of Glenmora, Louisiana; one daughter, Jody Sitton, and two grand daughters, Zoie and Skyler Sitton, of Waxhaw; one brother, Dennis Narzynski of Schodack Landing, New York, three sisters, Gloria Main of Charlotte, Kathy Millard of Valatie, New York, Josephine Ebert of Callicoon, New York. There are several nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends at a luncheon following the Memorial Service in the Waxhaw United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
