Joyce Burr's Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Twitty Burr, age 51, of Monroe, NC, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at Monroe Rehabilitation Center.
Memorial services to celebrate Joyce's life will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2016, at Davis Funeral Chapel, 1003 East Franklin Street, Monroe, NC 28112.
Mrs. Burr was born on September 25, 1964, in Union County, North Carolina, a daughter of Wade Junior Twitty and the late Alice Keziah Twitty.
She was employed in the fast food industry.
Survivors include her father, Wade Twitty of Marshville; her step mother, Linda Twitty of Marshville; three sisters, Shirley Kiser of Marshville, Linda Burr of Wadesboro, and Tammy Henze of Oxford, NC; a brother, Harold Twitty of Charlotte; her ex-husband, Jeffrey L. Burr of Wadesboro; and boyfriend, Jeffery Parker of Marshville, NC.
The family will receive friends following the memorial service at Davis.
