Joe, we were saddened by Josie's passing. We pray that God will give you and family His strength and peace during this time.
Joe, I was saddened to learn of the passing of your wife. May God grant you peace and comfort during this most difficult time.
I worked with Josie in 1974 when I started at Oakboro School. Jodie is one year older than my son. Josie and I took both of them to ice skating lessons at Eastland Mall. I also worked with her later at Stanfield School. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I was lucky enough to briefly see her at the Aquadale School Fall Festival last year. I am so sad she is gone but comforted she is suffering no more. I love you Josie! Blessings to her family!
I want to extend my heart felt sympathy to the whole family. Every time you you seen her she had a beautiful smile and she will be missed by many. God bless you all.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Continued prayers for your family!
Josie has joined the angels, but her impact here will always positively affect many, many individuals and especially the Stanly County School System. One of, if not the brightest individual I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Her quiet unassuming persona made the rest of us feel comfortable in her presence. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family. Josie was a very special lady, one I feel fortunate to have known .
I have known Josie a long time and her kindness... When we were young we rode the same school bus and went to school together....My daughter was in a special class in school and Josie helped get her placed in a school near by.... That was the kind of person she was always ready to help... Prayers for the family.... I will never forget her kindness......
