Johnny Paul was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved the most. He loved having lunch with his wife, going on trips with his Sunday school class, and being with his family. His favorite times were when everyone got together and made homemade ice cream. Every fall he could be found driving the tractor for the local corn maze near his house. He was well known in the community as an honest, loving, God-honoring man. He loved Jesus and was a committed member at Central Baptist Church for over thirty years. His family finds comfort in the fact that he is now with the Lord in Heaven and reunited with his loved ones. He was loved and will be dearly missed.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care of Monroe, the staff at Atrium Health of Monroe, Brittany Robinson of Metrolina Nephrology and the staff of the McWhorter Hospice House of Monroe for all the care they provided to Johnny Paul as his health declined.
