Joel Matthew Morton Jr, 68, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 31st, 2024. The visitation will be held at South Albemarle Baptist Church on Tuesday September 3rd at 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at South Al Read Obituary
Morton family, I was shocked and saddened to hear of Joel's passing, I have seen many cars at the house, I know this is hard on Joanne. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Joel .my condolences to his wife Mrs JoAnn..They both are my fishing buddies and he always made sure to see if I needed any help ..will be deeply missed

To the family of Joel.....Joel & I were "Rehab Buddies" at cardic rehab and while walking Joel shared many stories about his family. He was so proud. I did not know Joel that long but I know he was a good man and a man of faith and he loved his family.
He will be missed .....please know how very sorry we are.
