Sorry to hear of your great loss.... My Gods Love and Peace be yours in the difficult time..
Esther, I am heartbroken to hear of Joe Glenn's passing. I'll never forget him hitch-hiking from Charleston, I believe, and he popped by our house. Mama gave him some food and asked him when he wanted that ride to see his Esther and boys. I am blessed to have had such a wonderful cousin and of course you too. Love you dear.
So sorry. Always know our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you.
Dear Esther...Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Joe Glenn was a good man. It seems just the other day that he, myself, and David Nance left Albemarle on a Trailways bus headed to Raleigh (11 Jun 1957). The next day we were sworn into the US Navy. Then on to boot camp in Bainbridge Maryland...The start of a career in the US Navy. Smooth sailing Joe.
Easter , I did not know him but I have seen you together. I could see the love of the Lord in him. And it will be with you through this sad time . Love. To you
I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Esther and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers during the days to come.
A brother in arms my you have eternal Peace.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I am truly sorry for your loss. What a wonderful soul! I always enjoyed seeing him come in for a haircut and talking with him. He will be missed greatly!
He was the one of the people i watched and admired the way he carried himself and conducted his business, I wanted to become a mason because of him.
