JoAnn Willoughby Parks' Obituary
JoAnn Willoughby Parks, 76, of Thomasville, NC, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Pine Ridge Health and Rehab, Thomasville, NC. Her entombment service will be 11am Friday, January 27, 2023 at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel.
She was born September 18, 1946 in Chatham, NC, to the late James Willoughby and Shirley Willoughby. JoAnn loved crafts, wreath making, flower arranging, dogs and cats.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ray Parks. She is survived by a stepson, Allen Parks (Eliza) of Asheboro, NC and a grandson, Justin Blake Parks.
