Joan C. Johnson's Obituary
On January 6th, 2023, Joan C. Johnson passed away at Stanly Atrium Health.
She was born March 31, 1937, to Gatha Surratt and Rayford James Cabiness. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, and she absolutely adored her family. She loved spending quality time with each of them. The laughter, tears, and memories she shared with each of us was a gift we all will cherish.
She was proceeded in death by both parents, husband Robert Laverne Johnson, 2 daughters Beverly Furr and Joan Page, 3 sons Jerry Johnson, Terry Johnson, and Mitchell Johnson, 4 grandchildren; 2 grandsons Justin and Nick Johnson, and 2 granddaughters; Teaoka Freeze and Erica Furr; 3 great grandchildren; 2 grandsons; Jacobi Efird, and Derek Allen Jr., and granddaughter Imani Allen.
She is survived by 12 grandchildren. Chris Johnson and his wife Andi, Rocky Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Crystal Heyer and husband Jonathan, Misti Page, Sheena Page, Amanda Pond and her husband James, Johnny Page, Kristi Page, Ashley Johnson, Robert Johnson and Brandon Johnson. And many Great grandchildren.
