Lauren Jones
If I were to say the greatest memory I have of you is your smile and how you took everything in stride, whether it be adversity or something positive; that smile was always there. You loved your children and family without reservation. When life seemed against you, you just laughed and picked yourself up by the bootstraps and turned you nose up as if to say, never, never, will you keep me down. You lived a lifetime in a few short years, something most of us will never have the capability of doing. You, Jennifer, set an example that most of us wish we could be but will fall short of ever accomplishing what you did. You showed everyone how to live, how to love, and how to succeed in life, very different from what most of us understand what success is. You took care of us who were selfishly needy, worries of our statue in life, and you did it with such grace and tenacity, genuine love and a very simple but beautiful smile. If I live to be a hundred I will never be able to duplicate that wisdom and love. Jennifer, a remarkable human being that God needed as an angel to teach others how to love, give of themselves, and to die gracefully all in the grace of God for others.
