Jeanette Anderson's Obituary
Jeanette Mullis Anderson, 73, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Lakeland Memorial Park, with Pastor Tony Kiker officiating.
Born on September 26, 1951, in Union County, NC, Jeanette was the beloved daughter of the late Clingmon Lee Mullis and Margaret Elizabeth Hooks Mullis. A dedicated and compassionate caregiver, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and gentle spirit.
Jeanette's family lovingly remembers her as a nurturing, selfless, and deeply devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was known for her generous heart, her ability to encourage others, and her steadfast love for her family. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by those she loved - whether enjoying quiet walks outdoors, fishing, reading her Bible, or cherishing time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Danny Lynn Anderson.
Jeanette's legacy lives on through her two loving daughters, Wendy Michelle Laney of Monroe and Erica Renee Anderson of Monroe; her sisters, Annette Rhinehardt of Concord, Rhonda Foushe of Concord, Wanda Aldridge of Monroe; and her six cherished grandchildren: Kyler, Daniel, Chase, Hannah, Mason, and Chloe. She was preceded in death by six beloved sisters. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know and love her.
